<br /> , <br />.. , .-.., '.. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1797 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOT~: <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION ,DECLARING PORTION OF TAX FOREFEITED CITY PROPERTY SURPLUS <br />AND AUTHORIZING ITS RECONVEYANCE TO THE STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />WHEREAS the following deScribed tax forfeited property had <br />previously been deeded by the State to the city for public purposes~ <br /> Subject to streets and (except the west 150 ft. and <br /> exeept the south 320.82 ft.), Lot 19, Oakwood Manor. <br />AND WHEREAS that part of Lot 2, Block 1, Oakwood Ponds lying <br />southwesterly of the center line of vacated 15th Street NW., platted <br />as Oak Avenue in Oakwood Manor accrued to the above described City <br />property by virtue of a street vacation, and <br />WHEREAS SUCH PRoperty is a small irregular parcel which would : <br />serve no public purpose, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />New Brighton as fo1lows~ <br />1. That part of Lot 2, Block 1, Oakwood Ponds lying south- <br /> westerly of the center line of vacated 15th Street NW., <br /> platted as Oak Avenue in Oakwood Manor is hereby declared <br /> surplus <br />2.
