'- <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1793 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> . . <br /> RESOLUTION MAKING A TEMPORARY TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL <br /> FUND TO THE SHAPE T~E DISEASE FUND <br /> WHEREAS the Shade Tree Disease Fund is projected to operate <br /> at a deficit in 1976, and <br /> WHEREAS sufficient revenues are not anticipated during 1976 <br /> to eliminate this deficit position, and <br /> WHEREAS $17,000 is required to adequately fund the Shade Tree <br /> Disease fund thl:'ough December 31, 1976, and <br /> WHEREAS funds are presently available in the General Fund , <br /> which are not anticipated for expenditure in 1976 I <br /> , <br /> I <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the General Fund make a I <br /> , <br /> temporary transfer of $17,000 to the Shade Tree Disease Fund i <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the $17,000 be repaid to the I <br /> General Fund at such time as the Shade Tree Disease Fund has <br /> adequate surpluses available, the taking of which will not affect <br /> the ability of the Shade Tree Disease Fund to operate effectively <br /> BE IT.
