RESOLUTION NO. 1790 '" STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A MOTOR VEHICLES DEALERS LICENSE TO SILVER LAKE SUZUKI UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS WHEREAS Section 810 of the New Brighton Code of Ordinances requires any person, firm or corporation wishing to engage in the business of dealer in new or used motor vehicles in the City of New Brighton, to obtain a license therefor in the manner provided, and ; WHEREAS Silver Lake Suzuki, 2030 Silver Lake Road has made application for such license in the manner provided NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the New Brighton City Council that a Motor Vehicles Dealer License is hereby granted to Silver Lake Suzuki so long as the following conditions are complied with: 1. All waste material, debris, refuse, junk or damaged vehicles shall be kept inside the building or in an area completely screened from public streets and adjacent propertiesi 2. All exterior lighting shall be shielded or directed to prevent direct light from being detectable at the property lotlines~ 3. All noise resulting from blowing of horns, racing of motors or any other source shall be controlled so as not to allow the premises to become a nuisance. Loudspeakers are prohibited~ 4. All repair or service work be conducted inside the building or in an area completely screened from view from public streets and adjacent property~ 5. No tents, trail.ers~. temporary shacks or shelters shall be kept o~maintairied anywhere on the premises; 6. All surface areas except building and landscaped areas shall be paved. Or blacktopped, . and 'such surface shall be kept in good reparr~ 7. Exterior curbing shall be kept in good repair; 8. With the present property configuration there shall be no outside display of new or used vehic1es~ 9. All landscaped area shall be maintained in an aesthetically pleasing manner, and shall not be used for parking. I
