-t , - --- RESOLUTION NO. 1789 STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEN BRIGHTON RESOLUTION Ordering the Installation Of Stop Signs at Various Locations Within the City of New Brighton WHEREAS, Section 740:05 of the New Brighton City Code states that the City Council shall designate stop streets by resolution, and WHEREAS, Jack Anderson and Associates, Consulting Traffic Engin~ eer, has recommended the installation of stop signs at various locations in the City, and WHEREAS, after investigation the City Council has determined that a safety problem is evident at the locations recommended by the Traffic Engineer, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of New Brighton that stop signs be installed at the following loca- tions: 1. On Haines Street where it intersects with Oakwood Drive. 2. On Leona Drive where it in.tersects with Mississippi Street. 3. On Mississippi Circle where it intersects with Mississ- ippi Street (East End).. 4. On Oriole Avenue where it intersects with Mississippi Street. 5. On Pleasant View Drive where it intersects with Mississ- ippi Street. 6. On Rainbow Avenue where it intersects with Mississippi Street. 7. On Violet Lane where it intersects with Mississippi Street. 8. On Walnut Avenue where it intersects with Mississippi Street. 9. On Fourth Avenue N.W. where it intersects with Eighth Street N.W. 10. On Fifth Avenue N.W. where it intersects with First Street S.W. 11. On 29th Avenue N.W. where it intersects with Mississippi Street. 12. On Eighth Avenue N.W. where it intersects with First Street S.W. 13. On Spring Creek Drive where it intersects with County Road H. All pursuant to Section 740:05 of the New Brighton City Code.
