<br />~. ~ ,~ <br /> RESOLUT!ON NO. l7~8 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING 1976 GENERAL FUND OPERATING BUDGET BY INCREAS- <br />REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE APPROPRIATIONS BY $17,200.00. <br />WHEREAS the 1976 General Fund operating budget expenditures <br />for code no. 45 - refunds and reimbursements - of the Clerk-Treas- <br />urers Dept. amounted to $800.00, and <br />WHEREAS unappropriated General Fund receipts in excess of <br />$13,400.00 have been refunded by the Clerk-Treasurers Department, <br />and <br />WHEREAS it is projected that additional General Fund receipts <br />totaling $300.00 will be refunded by the Clerk-Treasurers Department <br />in 1976, and <br />WHEREAS receipts and expenditures for the Building and Plann- <br />ing Department account code no. 13 "Expert and Professional Services" <br />(fee inspectors) have exceeded budget projections due to more <br />construction activity then anticipated and additional receipts and <br />expenditures of $3,500.00 are projected in 1976. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />New Brighton that the 1976 General Fund Operating Budget be amend-. <br />ed as follows to reflect such additional receipts and expenditures. <br />1. General Fund revenue for Municipal Licenses be increased <br /> in an amount of $13,700.00. <br />2. Code no 45 of the Clerk-Treasurers budget be increased <br /> $13,700.00. <br />3. General Fund revenue for permits be increased $3,500.00. <br />4. Code no. 13 of the Building and Planning budget be <br /> increased $3,500.00. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Manager and Clerk-Treasurer <br />be and are hereby ordered and directed to implement the conditions <br />of this resolution. <br />Adopted this 12th day of October, 1976 <br />ATTEST: &?n-~rt~~J,;/ <br />vr;:=s e- f]JJjAA~ <br />Vernon C.
