STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (generally north of Mississippi street and east of Leona Drive). WHEREAS the City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide certain property in the City of New Brighton described as follows: Parcel A: That part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 18, Township 30, Range 23 described as follows: Commencing at a point 49 rods West and 18 rods North of the Southeast corner of the said Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 18~ thence North on a line parallel with the East line of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 18 a distance of 16 rodsi thence West on a line parallel with the South line of said South- east 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 18 a distance of 20 rodsi thence South on a line parallel with the East line of said Southe;;ist'l!4 of the Nortbwest 1/4 of Section 18 a distanoeof 16 ' rodsi thence East a distance of 20 rods to point of beginning. Together with the right of ingress and egress from said property over a strip of land 33 feet in width adjoining said property on the West. side thereof'. WHEREAS State Statutes require that if such property is located in municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, approval of that municipality must be obtained before such sub- division can be filed, and WHEREAS Section 475:24, Subdivision 2, of the New Brighton City Code provides for subdivision of property without platting if certain criteria can be met, and WHEREAS the Council has determined that such criteria has been met NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of New Brighton, That the Council approves subdivision of the above- described property into parcels described as follows:
