<br /> 1P <br /> " <br />., -.., <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1762 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION~~APPROVING WINE AND 3.2 BEER LICENSE FOR EIGHTY, INC. , <br /> 2350 PALMER DRIVE <br /> WHEREAS applications for an on-sale wine license and 3.2 <br /> beer license was received from Eighty, Inc. , and such application I <br /> was filed, investigated, and then considered by the Council at a <br /> ; public hearing <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the New Brighton City <br /> Council makes the following findings of fact in respect to the <br /> Eighty, Inc. , on-sale intoxicating liquor applications <br /> FINDING OF FACT <br /> 1. That applications by Eighty, Inc., .for an on-sale wine <br /> license and 3.2 beer license at 2350 Palmer Driver were <br /> filed on ,.,Augus t 25, 1976~ <br /> 2. That the'app1icat'ions met the technical requirements for <br /> considerat,ion by the City~ <br /> 3. That the application was thoroughly investigated by the <br /> Police Department with such investigation revealing no <br /> reasons whereby the applicant would be ineligible for a <br /> license~ <br /> 4. That the City Council pursuant to published and posted <br /> notice held a public hearing on September 15, 1976, at <br /> which time the written analysis of the City Manager was <br /> considered and all persons present including the applicant <br /> were given an opportunity to be heard~ <br /> 5. That no one appeared at the hearing who objected to <br /> issuance of the licenses. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of <br /> New Brighton does hereby approve an on-sale wine and 3.2 beer <br /> license to Eighty, Inc. , at 2350 Palmer Drive subject to the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1. Resolution of the onsite lighting problems in a fashion <br /> acceptable to the City of New Brighton~ <br /> 2.
