" <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING 1976 NEW BRIGHTON OPERATING BUDGET TO PROVIDE <br />FOR CETA EMPLOYEES <br /> WHEREAS the City of New Brighton'has entered into an agree- <br />ment with Ramsey County, a prime sponsor under the Comprehensive <br />Employment and Training Act of 1973, authorizing the City to <br />participate in this program and <br /> WHEREAS the City has decided to participate in this federally <br />subsidized program by employing three public service employees <br />under Title VI of such Act <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />New Brighton, That the 1976 New Brighton Operating Budget be <br />amended as follows to reflect such participation <br />Revenue: <br /> Reimbursement from CETA $14,543.00 <br /> Transfer from Contingency 1,440.00 <br />ExPenditures: <br />1. Building and Planning Dept. <br /> Salaries $4,263.00 <br /> Insurance & Retirement 657.00 $ 4,920.00 <br />2. Streets <br /> Salaries $ 5,317.00 <br /> Insurance & Retirement 1,116.00 ~ 6,433.00 <br />3.
