<br />. <br />.~ "' <br />f-- . <br /> . <br />y-t <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1759 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION REFERRING PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT 77-3 TO CITY <br /> DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS FOR STUDY AND REPORT. <br /> WHEREAS it is proposed to make the following improve- <br /> ment: <br /> Location: <br /> Alternate No.1: Palmer Drive from Robin Lane <br /> to a point approximately 300 feet west of Robin <br /> Lane. Robin Lane from 13th Street, NW to <br /> Thorndale Avenue. <br /> Alternate No. 2: Palmer Drive from Highview <br /> Drive to a point app~oximate1y 300 feet west <br /> of Robin Lane. Robin Lane from 13th Street, <br /> NW to Robin Court. 12th Street, NW and <br /> Thorndale Avenue from Highview Drive to I-694 <br /> Service Drive (pike Lake Drive). <br /> Alternate No. 3: Palmer Drive from Robin <br /> Lane to a point approximately 300 feet west <br /> of Robin Lane. Robin Lane from 13th Street, <br /> NW to Palmer Drive. Thorndale Avenue and <br /> Thorndale Avenue extended, commencing at I-694 <br /> Service Drive, thence north along Thorndale <br /> Avenue 600 feet, thence north and northwesterly <br /> along Thorndale Avenue extended to Palmer Drive. <br /> BY: Acquisition of right of way, street opening, <br /> grading, base bituminous surfacing, concrete <br /> curb and gutter, storm sewer and appurtenances <br /> and to assess the benefited property for all or <br /> a portion of the cost of the improvement, pur- <br /> suant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.011 to <br /> 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended). <br /> " '. <br /> '1; <br /> - 1 - <br /> , , <br /> I <br />
