<br />I <br /> " . j <br />~ ~ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1750 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING TRANSFER OF $59,028.74 FROM FEDERAL REVENUE <br />SHARING FUND TO VARIOUS ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND. <br />WHEREAS the Council of the City of New Brighton ordered the <br />construction of tennis lighting facilities at HansOn Park and a <br />shelter b~~lding at Hidden oaks Park with the costs to be funded <br />by the Federal Revenue Sharing Fund, and <br />WHEREAS the costs to construct the Hanson Park lighting <br />facilities amounted to $7,259.55 and costs to date plus the contra,ct <br />costs of the Park Shelter Building has amounted to $ 51,769.19 <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Ne'IV <br />Brighton that an amount 9f $ 59,028.74 be tra,nsfered, to the capitol <br />Project Fund for th~ Fed~ral Revenue Sharing Fund to be allocated <br />as follows: <br /> .
