. . . t, . ... - - 2 - Parcel B: That part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 18, Township 30, Range 23, described as follows: Commencing at a point in the South line of railroad right of way across said Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said section 18, which is 180 feet East of the West line of said Northwest 1/4 of Northwest 1/4 (measured on a line parallel to the South line of the Northwest 1/4 of Northwest 1/4) thence South on a line parallel with and 180 feet East of the West line of said Northwest 1/4 a distance of 295 feet; thence East at right angles 95 feet; thence North parallel with the West line of said Northwest 1/4 to the South line of said railroad right of way; thence Northwesterly along said South line of said railroad right of way to beginning. Subject to Spring Creek Drive. Subject to easements of record. WHEREAS State Statutes require that if such property is located in municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, approval of that municipality must be obtained before such subdivision can be filed, and WHEREAS Section 475:24, Subdivision 2, of the New Brighton City Code provides for subdivision of property without platting if certain criteria can be met, and WHEREAS the council has determined that such criteria has been met; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of New Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the above-described property into parcels described as follows: Parcell: The part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 18, Township 30, Range 23, described as follows: Commencing at a point in the South line of the railroad right of way, across said Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, 180 feet East of West line of said Northwest 1/4 of Northwest 1/4, (measured at a line parallel to South line of said Northwest 1/4 of Northwest 1/4); thence south to a point in the South line of said Northwest 1/4 of Northwest 1/4, 180 feet East of the Southwest corner of said Northwest 1/4 of Northwest 1/4; thence East along said South line of said Northwest 1/4 of North- west 1/4, 200 feet; thence North parallel to said West line to the South line of said railroad right of way; thence Northwesterly along said South line of said Railroad right of way to the point of begin- ning.
