<br />~ " #0 <br /> -) <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1740 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING THE INSTALLATION OF A STOP SIGN ON <br /> THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF STINSON BOULEVARD AND 16TH STREET, <br /> NW. <br /> WHEREAS Section 740:05 of the New Brighton City Code <br /> states that the city Council shall designate stop streets <br /> by resolution, and <br /> whereas it is in the public safety for the orderly <br /> flow of traffic to have a stop sign installed on the <br /> southeast corner of Stinson Boulevard and 16th Street, NN. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: <br /> 1. That a stop sign be installed on the southeast <br /> corner of Stinson Boulevard and 16th Street, NW. <br /> 2. The Director of Public Works is hereby authorized <br /> and directed to install a stop sign at the above location <br /> pursuant to Section 740:00 of the New Brighton City Code. <br /> Adopted this 27th day of July, 1976. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Gay .
