<br /> ,'\ , .- "- <br />~ <br />, <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 171>:7 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />REsOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED, ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED <br />ASSESSMENT AND SETTING DATE OF HEARING (ELIMINATION OF HEALTH HAZARD) <br />Extracts of Minutes of the City of New Brighton, Minnesota pursuant to <br />call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of New Brighton, Minnesota was held at the City Hall in said City on the 13th <br />day of JUly 1976 at 8:00 P.M. with the following members present: <br />Bromander, Fisher, Hardt, Senden, Werdouschegg <br />and the following memberS absent: None <br />Councilman Fisher introduced the following resolution and mpved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED, ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED <br />ASSESSMENT AND SE'ITING DATE OF HEARING ON SERVICE CHARGES FOR ELIMINATION <br />HEALTH HAZARD ON roT B, REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO.3. <br />NOW THEREEORE BE. IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON, <br />MI~OTA <br />i. The cost of such service charge to be specially assessed is hereby <br />declared to be $2,015.00. <br />2. The City Clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be <br />specially assessed for such service charge against the benefi tedparcel of land~, <br />as provided by law and shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his <br />office for public inspection; <br />3. The Clerk shall, upon completion of such proposed assessment notify <br />the council thereof; <br />4. That a public hearing on xhe proposed assessment be set for August 24, <br />1976 at 8:00 P.M., at :the City Hall; <br />5. That mailed notice of this hearing be sent to the benefited property <br />owner as reguired by law. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilman Hardt and upon a vote being taken the following members voted in <br />favor thereof: <br />And the following voted against the same: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />Adopted this 13th day of July~ 1976 <br />ATTEST: <br />~~ e A-4~_ Thomas F.
