'~ ~ ~ <br /> RESOLUTION NO . - 173'6 '. <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED, ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED <br /> ASSESSMENT AND SETTING DAfE.lJJ' HEARING (Diseas~d Tree Removal) <br /> Extra~ of minutes of theCi ty of New Brighton, Minnesota~ <br /> Pursuant to due call and noti~e thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council <br /> of the City of New Brighton, Minnesota was held at the City Hall in said City <br /> on the 13th day of July, 1976 at 8:00 P.M. with the following members present: , <br /> Bromander, Fisher, Hardt, Senden, Werdouschegg <br /> and the following members absent: None <br /> Councilman Hardt introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED, ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED <br /> ASSESSMENT AND SETTING DATE OF HEARING ON DISEASED TREE REMOVAL <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THE THE CITY COUNCIL OF NEW BRIGHTON, MINNESCDTA <br />; <br /> 1. The cost of dtseased tree removal to be specially assessed is hereby <br /> declared to be $5,300.25. <br />i 2. The City Clerk with the assistance of the City Forester Shall forthwith <br />i calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such diseased tree <br />i removal against every affected lot, place or parcel of land within the City <br />i <br /> ba$ed upon the number and size of diseased trees removed and shall file a copy <br /> of such proposed assessment in his office for public inspection", <br /> 3. The Clerk Shall, upon completion of such proposed assessments notify <br /> the Council thereof. <br /> 4. That a public hearing on the proposed assessment be set for August 24, <br /> 1976 at 8:00 P.M. at the City Hall. <br /> 5.
