Extract of Minutes of the City of New Brighton, Minnesota: Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of New Brighton, Minnesota, was held at the City Hall in said City on the 13th day of July, 1976, at &:00 P.M. with the following members present: Bromander, Fisher, Hardt, Senden, Werdouschegg and the following members absent: None Councilman Hardt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED, ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT AND SETTING DATE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT 74-6 NOT THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New Brighton, Minnesota: 1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $35,551.90; 2. The City Clerk with the assistance of the City Engineer shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improve- ment against every assessable lot, place, or parcel of land within the district affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law and shall file a copy of such proposed assess- ment in. his office for public inspection; 3. The Clerk shall, upon completion of such proposed , , assessments, notify the council thereof; 4. That a public hearing on the proposed assessment be set for August 24, 1976, at 8:00 p.m., at the City Hall; 5. That mailed notices of this hearing be sent to each benefited pro~erty owner as required by law. it .olllllI
