{~"f" ./ ... , " RESOLUTION NO. 1691 . . .A'- STATE OF MINNESOTA COmTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON RESOLUTION VACATING THE ALLEY IN BLOCK 6, MOUNDSVIEW PARK, THE ALLEY IN BLOCK II, SYNDICATE ADDITION TO MINNEAPOLIS STOCKYARDS AND ALL THAT PORTION OF.THE ALLEY IN BLOCK,6, SYNDICATE ADDITION TO MINN.EAPOLIS STOCKYARDS EXCEPT THE NORTHERLY 198.33 FEET THEREOF. WHEREAS the City Council initiated vacation proceedings to consider the vacation of the alley in Block 6, and Block IlJ Syndicate Addition to Minneapolis Stock Yards and the Alley in Block 6, Moundsview Park, and WHEREAS the City council pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 ordered a public hearing to consider such alley vacation for March 23, 1976, and WHEREAS pursuant thereto notice of a public hearing thereon was duly published in the official newspaper and such notice was duly posted according to law, and WHEREAS said public hearing was held March 23, 1976 and all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon and it appearing to be in the best interest of the City and the surrounding property owners tocapprove such alley vacation with the exception of the northerly 198.33 feet of blocJ~ 6, Syndicate Addition to Minneapolis Stockyards. ~ NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of New Brighton that the following alleys as described be and are hereby vacated. The alley in block 6, .Moundsview Park, the alley in Block II, Synd~~ate Addition to MinneapOlis Stockyards and all that portion, of the alley fn Block 6, " Syndicate Addition to Minneapolis Stockyards. except the northerly, 198.33 feet thereof. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Clerk be and is hereby ordered and directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the Ramsey County Auditor. Adopted this 13th day of April 1976.
