<br /> .- <br /> '.~ r <br /> , h r ' <br /> ... .J <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1689 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1650 A, RELATING TO ORDERING <br /> IMPROVEMENT 76-2 AND PREPARATION OF FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> WHEREAS Resolution No. l650A "Relating to Ordering <br /> Improvement 76-2 and preparation of final plans and specifications 'I <br /> was adopted on December 23, 1975, and <br /> WHEREAS such Resolution No. 1650A was in error in that the <br /> resolution failed to accurately state the intention of the City <br /> I Council <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> New Brighton, That Resolution No. l650A be amended to read as <br /> follows: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1650A <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT 76-2 AND PREPARATION OF FINAL <br /> PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> WHEREAS a resolution of the City Council adopted the 12th <br /> day of November 1975, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the <br /> following proposed improvement: <br /> Location: 7th St. NW from 23rd Ave NW to <br /> County Ditch No. 2 <br /> I Improvement <br /> , Easement acquisition and storm sewer <br /> , By: <br /> I construction <br /> AND WHEREAS ten days published notice of hearing through twc: <br /> weekly publications of the required notice and 10 days mailed <br /> I notice to affected property owners was given and the hearing was <br /> I <br /> held on December 4, 1975 and continued to December 23, 1975, at <br /> which times all persons desiring to be heard were given an <br /> opportunity to be heard thereon, and all objections were heard <br /> , and passed upon, and <br /> . <br /> WHEREAS alternative plans have been received from the City <br /> Engineer which provide for a project with certain portions of <br /> the proppsed project deleted therefrom <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF NEW BRIGHTON: <br /> 1. Such improvement is hereby ordefed as proposed in the <br /> Council resolution adopted the ath day of July, 1975; <br /> except that the portion of the s,orm sewer on 7th St. <br /> NW from 23rd Ave. NW to 19th Ave .~ is hereby deleted <br /> from the proposed improvement. <br />
