NO. 1676 <br /> , <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED, ORDERING PREPARATION <br /> OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT AND SETTING DATE OF HEARING (Diseased <br /> Tree Removal) <br /> l Extract of minutes of the city of New Brighton, Minnesota: <br /> I <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof" a regular meeting <br /> of the City Council of the City of New Brighton, Minnesota was <br /> held at the city Hall in said City on the 25th day of February <br /> 1976, at 8:00 P.M. with the following members present: <br /> Bromander, Fisher, Hardt, Senden, Werdouschegg <br /> And the fOllowing members absent: None <br /> q councilmanWerdouchegg introduced the following resolution and <br /> ., <br /> , moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED, ORDERING <br /> PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT AND SETTING DATE OF HEARING <br /> ON DISEASED TREE REMOVAL <br /> I NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF NEW <br /> BRIGHTON, MINNESOTA <br /> 1. The cost of diseased tree removal to be specially <br /> assessed is hereby declared to be $4,,735.69. <br /> 2. The City Clerk with the assistance of the City <br /> ! Forester shall forthwith calculate the proper <br /> amount to be specially assessed for such diseased <br /> tree removal against every affected lot, place or <br /> parcel of land within the district effected based <br /> upon the number and size of diseased trees removed <br /> and shall file a copy of such proposed assessment <br /> in his office for public inspection. <br /> 3. The Clerk shall, mpon completion of such proposed <br /> assessment notify the council thereof. <br /> 4. That a public hearing on the proposed assessment be <br /> set for March 23" 1976 at 8 o'clock p.m. at the <br /> City Hall. <br /> 5. That mailed notices of this hearing be sent to each <br /> affected property owner as required by law. <br /> The motion ~or the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> duly seconded by Councilman Fisher and upon a vote being <br /> taken the following members voted in favor thereof: <br /> Bromander, Fisher, Hardt, Senden, Werdouschegg <br /> And the following voted against the same: <br /> None <br />
