AT !T's INTERSEC']?ION WITH I:t\lNSBRUCK PARKW1\Y <br /> ~. <br /> ,",,' <br />WHEREAS Section 740-05 of the New Brighton City Code <br />provides for the designation of stop signs by resolution, and <br />WHEREAS the City of COlumbia Heights has requested that <br />the City of New Brighton authorize a stop sign on Stinson Blvd. <br />at it's intersection with Innsbruck Parkway~ and <br />WHEREAS the City council after reviewing such request has <br />determined that it is in the public safety for the orderly flow <br />of traffic to have a stop sign on Stinson Blvd. at it's inter- <br />section with Innsbruck Parkway only if each leg of the T inter- <br />section be signed, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY the Council of the City of <br />New Brighton that a stop sign be authorized on the New Brighton <br />side of Stinson Blvd. at it's intersection with Innsbruck Parkway. <br />AND FURTHER RESOLVED that if each leg of the T intersectioll, <br />that being both sides of Stinson Blvd. at it's intersection with <br />Innsbruck Parkway and Innsbruck Pa~kway at it's intersection <br />with Stinson Blvd. is not signed by April 25, 1976 the authoriz- <br />ation for a stop sign on Stinson Blvd. be rescinded and the <br />Director of Public Works shall repave such sign. <br />Adopted this 25th Day of February 1976. <br /> ,; /" <br />ATTEST: <br />~~J).uO~ ;!~ <br /> ~7rM .~..
