, , r , '" 1 ,'" ~ .-' RESOLUTION NO. 1668 STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (West of 29th Avenue NW between 16th Street Northwest and Valerie Lane) WHEREAS the City of New Brighton has been requested to sub- divide certain property in the City of New Brighton described as follows: l. The west ~ of the south ~ of Lot 21, Oakwood Manor, Ramsey County, Minnesota, except the east 58 feet. Subject to roadway easement along the north line. WHEREAS State Statutes require that if such property is located in municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, approval of that municipality must be obtained before such subdivision can be filed, and WHEREAS Section 475:24, Subd. 2, of the New Brighton City Code provides for subdivision of property without platting if certain criteria can be met, and WHEREAS the Council has determined that such criteria has been met; NOW THEREFORE BE IT resolved by the Council of the City of New Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the above described property into parcels described as follows: A. The north l55 feet of the west ~ of the south ~ of Lot 21, Oakwood Manor, Ramsey County, Minnesota, except the east 58 feet. Subject to roadway easement along the north line. B. The west ~ of the south ~ of Lot 21, Oakwood Manor, Ramsey County, Minnesota, except the east 58 feet and i the north 155 feet thereof. i Adopted this lOth day of February , 1976.
