<br />. <br />'" <br /> , <br />Page 5 - Joint Powers Agreement <br /> which the School District will be utilizing the ice skating rink <br /> after sChool hours and on weekends in connection with its <br /> regular school curriculum and related activities, which schedule <br /> need not be all inclusive and may be up-dated from time to <br /> time, so that the City's Park sand Re crea tion Director can <br /> adequately plan recreational activities, programs and events <br /> which will not interfere with the School District's use of the <br /> ice skating rink. In the event the School District desires to <br /> use the ice skating rink during a time other than school hours <br /> and on a date and at a time not specifically included in the <br /> schedule, it shall give the City 48 hours advance notice of <br /> its intention so that the City may cancel any recreational <br /> activities, programs, or events in conflict with the School <br /> District's intended activity. Usage will be in accordance with <br /> School District Policy #1330 - "Use of School Facilities". <br />II. Termination. The parties hereto may terminate this Agreement, <br /> prior to the end of its term, by the mutual agreement of the <br /> School District and the City or by either party's giving the <br /> other thirty (30) days prior written notice of such termination. <br />12. Duration. This Agreement shall be in full force and effect <br /> upon its execution by the respective parties following <br /> authorization by resolution of the governing bodies thereof and <br /> shall thereafter rema in in full force and effect for a period of <br />
