<br /> ~ ~ <br />'It. <br />~ <br />~ <br /> RESOLUTIO~ NO. 1979 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING TRANSFER OF $10L,58l.45 FROM FEDERAL <br /> REVENUE SHARI~G FUND TO VARIOUS ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE CAPITAL <br /> PROJECTS FUND <br /> WHEREAS the Council of the City of New Brighton ordered the funding <br /> of various 1977 Capital projects with Federal Revenue Sharing <br /> Funds, and <br /> WHEREAS costs accuring to such projects in 1977 are now known and <br /> amount to $101~8l.45 <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by th. Council of the City of New Brighton <br /> that an amount .f $lOl,5Bl.~5 be transferred from the Federal <br /> Revenue Sharing Fund to the Capital Projects Fund to be <br /> allocated as follows: <br /> 1. . County Road H Sidewalks $22,865.19 <br /> 2. Silver Oaks School Park Site 25,106.10 <br /> 3. Site Work 5th Street Park 35,,132.38 <br /> 4. Landscaping Vermont,Hidden <br /> Oaks Parks and Pike Lake <br /> Tennis Courts 4,292.73 <br /> 5. Long Lake Park ACquisition 4,437.62 <br /> 6. Parks Planting Program 7,591.43 <br /> 7. Hidden Lake Drainage Improv. 2,156.00 <br /> BE IT FUREHER RESOLVED that the Clerk/Manager and Treasurer be and <br /> are hereby ordered and directed to implement the provisions <br /> of this resolution. <br />.
