RESOLUTION NO. <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN <br /> THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (Generally North of 7th Street NW <br /> and West of 5th Avenue NW) <br /> WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has been requested to <br /> subdivide certain property in the City of New Brighton described <br /> as follows: <br /> Parcel A: <br /> Lot 10 except the North 10 feet thereof, Block 3, <br /> First Addition to New Brighton. <br /> Parcel B: <br /> Lot 11, Block 3, First Addition to New Brighton and <br /> all of the vacated alley adjoining, subject to sewer <br /> easement over said alley. <br /> Parcel C: <br /> Lot 12, Block 3, First Addition to New Brighton and <br /> all of the vacated alley adjoining, subject to sewer <br /> easement over said alley~ <br /> Parcel D: <br /> Lot 13, Block 3, First Addition to New Brighton and <br /> all of the vacated alley adjoining, subject to sewer <br /> easement over said alley. <br /> Parcel E: <br /> Lot 14, Block 3, First Addition to New Brighton and <br /> all of the vacated alley adjoining, subject to sewer <br /> easement over said alley. <br /> Parcel F: <br /> Lot 15, Block 3, First Addition to New Brighton and <br /> all of the vacated alley adjoining, subject to sewer <br /> easement over said alley. <br /> WHEREAS, State statutes require that if such property is <br /> located in municipalities that have adopted a platting <br /> ordinance, approval of that municipality must be obtained <br /> before such subdivision can be filed, and <br /> WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code <br /> provides for subdivision of property without platting if <br /> certain criteria can be met, and <br />
