" <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN <br /> THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (Generally North of Belair Elementary <br /> School, West of 20th Ave. NW and East of 22nd Ave. NW) <br /> WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has been requested to <br /> subdivide certain property in the City of New Brighton <br /> described as follows: <br /> Parcel A: <br /> The South 28.00 feet of Lot 8, Block 1, Haglund <br /> Addition, and that part of vacated 6th Street N.W. <br /> lying between the East and West lines thereof <br /> extended Southerly. <br /> Parcel B: <br /> That part between Hillview Acres and Hillview <br /> Acres Plat 3 of the South one-fourth (S. ~) of <br /> the Northeast quarter (NE~) of Section thirty <br /> (30) , Township thirty (30), Range twenty-three <br /> (23) . Subject to Easement for roads and highways <br /> and <br /> Lot one (l) , Block four (4) , Lot one (l) , Block <br /> five (5) , Lot two (2) , Block five (5) , Lot ten <br /> ( 10) , Block six (6) , Hillview Acres Plat 3, <br /> according to the plat thereof filed of record <br /> in the office of the Registrar of Titles within <br /> and for Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> WHEREAS, State statutes require that if such property is <br /> Ideated in municipalities that have adopted a platting <br /> ordinancE;!, approval of that municipality must be obtained <br /> before such subdivision can be filed, and <br /> WHEREAS, Section 475.24, Subd. 2, of the New Brighton <br /> City Code provides for subdivision of property without platting <br /> if certain criteria can be met, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council has determined that such criteria <br /> has been met. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br /> of New Brighton, that the Council approves subdivision of the <br /> above described property into parcels described as follows: <br /> Parcell: <br /> The South 28.00 feet of Lot 8, Block 1, Haglund <br /> Addition and that part of vacated 6th Street NW <br /> lying between the East and West lines thereof <br /> extended Southerly.
