. . .. < ~ RESOLUTION NO. 1959 STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (Generally west of Old Highway #8 and north of 2nd Street N.W.) WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide certain property in the City of New Brighton described as follows: Parcel A: The North 140 feet of the East 318 feet of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 29, Township 30, Range 23 in Ramsey County, Minnesota. Subject to State Trunk Highway No. 8. Parcel B: The South 100 feet of the North 240 feet of the East 318 feet of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 29, Township 30, Range 23 in Ramsey County, Minnesota. Subject to State Trunk Highway No. 8. WHEREAS, State statutes require that if such property is located in municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, approval of that municipality must be obtained before such subdivision can be filed, and WHEREAS, Section 475.24, Subd. 2, of the New Brighton City Code provides for subdivision of property without platting if certain criteria can be met, and WHEREAS, the Council has determined that such criteria has been met. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of New Brighton, that the Council approves subdivision of the above described property into parcels described as follows: Parcell: The North 150 feet of the East 318 feet of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 29, Township 30, Range 23 in Ramsey County, Minnesota except the South 75 feet of the North 150 feet of the East 177.96 feet of said SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4. Subject to State Trunk Highway No. 8. Parcel 2: The South 90 feet of the North 240 feet of the East 318 feet of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 29, Township 30, Range 23 in Ramsey County, Minnesota. Subject to State Trunk Highway No. 8.
