<br /> (i ':J/g <br /> r ! <br />( , <br />~.~ , ;.'4 -"', <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1958 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> REsOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1933 BY INCLUDING PROPERTY <br /> OCCUPIED BY ERICKSON'S SUPER VALUE IN AREA OF SPECIAL CONTROL <br /> FOR PURPOSES OF SIGNING <br /> WHEREAS., the City Council adopted Resolution No. 1933 <br /> which designated the Rice Creek Center as an area of special <br /> control for purposes of signing, and <br /> WHEREAS, the property occupied by Erickson's Super Value <br /> at 2170 Silver Lake Road sha~es common construction, planning <br /> and a non-segregated parking area with the Rice Creek Center <br /> building and both buildings are jointly advertised as Rice <br /> Creek Center, and <br /> WHEREAS, such charact:eristi!:s conform to ,the definition <br /> of shopping center contained in Section '14~180A. 2 of the <br /> Zoning Code, and <br /> WHEREAS, Section 14-180 of "the Zoning' Code allows the <br /> City Council to designate shopping centers as ,areas of <br /> special control for signing <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the property at 2170 <br /> Silver Lake Road occupied by Erickson's Super Value is hereby <br /> declared to be part of the Rice Creek Center shopping center. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 1933 is <br /> hereby amended by including the property at 2170 Silver Lake <br /> Road occupied by Erickson1s Super Value within the area of <br /> special control for purposes of signing of Rice Creek Center. <br /> Adopted this 9th day of November, 1977. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> ~~i2Q~ <br /> Vernon C.
