<br /> , "" <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1932 -~ ..,. <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION REQUESTING RAMSEY COUNTY TO AUTHORIZE CITY TO <br /> ERECT JlpLAYGROUND" SIGNS AT VERMONT PARK <br /> WHEREAS Vermont Park has been added recently to the New <br /> Brighton park system, and <br /> WHEREAS the City Council has investigated the feasibility <br /> of erecting regulatory signs or aqvisory signs around said park, <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS the Council has determined that advisory-s~gns <br /> would be the most feasible at Vermont Park, and <br /> WHEREAS the proposed locations for such signs include <br /> locations on Ramsey County road right of way <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT ,R.ESOLVED,& That the New Brighton City <br /> Council respectfully request:s that the Ramsey County Board of <br /> Commissioners allow the City of New Brighton to erect "Playground" <br /> signs on Ramsey County road right of way property at the following <br /> locations: <br /> 1. N.E. corner of First Street,S.E. aad Second Avenue S.E. <br /> 2.
