<br />~' 'A <br />.r <br /> , <br />. ~ <br />. - <br />~ <br /> -2- <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the approval of non-conforming <br /> use permit NC-19 is subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Sod be placed in all areas of front yard except <br /> the driveway areas; <br /> 2. That both front yard driveways have an asphalt <br /> surface, with poured concrete curbs and that all <br /> other driveways and parking areas have a gravel and <br /> oil dustless surface: <br /> 3. That curb stops be placed between the landscaped areas <br /> and parking areas; <br /> 4. That 8 parking stalls be provided on the west side of <br /> the building north of the front building wall line; <br /> 5. That the entire building be painted upon completion <br /> of the construction; <br /> 6. That the easterly driveway be shown to flair in a <br /> northeasterly direction to provide access to the side <br /> and rear of the property; <br /> 7.
