<br />. ~ If' -~ <br />4, _, <br /> ,.,', <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1889 <br /> " <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING COUNTERCYCLICAL ANTI RECESSIONAL TITLE 11 <br /> FEDERAL GRANT IN AMOUNT OF $326.00 PLACE IN GENERAL FUND TO FUND <br /> CURRENT LEVEL OF PERSONNEL SERVICES IN FIRE DEPARTMENT. <br /> WHEREAS funds within the 1977 General Fund Operating Budget <br /> for Fire Department Personnel Services appear insufficient to <br /> cover current cost projections, and <br /> WHEREAS the city has received a countercyclical anti recessional <br /> Title II Federal Grant in an amount of $326.00 which is available <br /> to partially fund such projected deficiency. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of New <br /> Brighton that Title 11 Grant Funds in an amount of $326.00 be <br /> placed in the General Fund and allocated to Personnel Services <br /> within the Fire Department budget. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager and Clerk-Treasurer <br /> bring into effect the provisions of this resolution. <br /> Adopted this 24th day of May, 1977. <br /> ~~l. ,? <br /> ATTEST: Bromander, Mayor <br /> V fA... ~ 1 (/.;Q .o~ - <br /> Thoma.s F.
