<br />., ,'" <br /> ~ , ~ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1883 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND DECLARING THAT UNDER <br />CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES A COMMERCIAL PRINTSHOP IS A PERMITTED USE <br />WITHIN A B-2 DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS Stephen C. Frank has requested permission from the <br />City Council to permit a commercial printshop on the property <br />located at 1433 Silver Lake Road, and <br />WHEREAS Section 8-050 of the New Brighton Zoning Code does <br />not list commercial printshop as a permitted use in a B-2 <br />Neighborhood Business District, and <br />WHEREAS Section 8-050 (i) of the New Brighton Zoning Code <br />provides that the City Council may permit other uses in a B-2 <br />District if such use is not incompatible with other uses in the <br />District. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY the Council of the City of <br />New Brighton, that the following Findings of Fact are made rela- <br />ting to this request: <br />1. The parcel of land in question is located at 1433 <br /> Silver Lake Road and is presently zoned B-2; <br />2. That a business type structure exists on the property <br /> and business type uses have been conducted on the <br /> property for several years: <br />3. That the business uses modern offset equipment and <br /> cold type graphics in producing business forms, <br /> letterheads, brochures, etc.; <br />4. That the business will occupy no more than 500 square <br /> feet of the building; <br />5. That no more than the equivalent of fiv~ (5) full <br /> time persons will be employed in the business. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the use of the subject property <br />for a commercial printshop is dec1areGl to be a permitted use in a <br />B-2 District when the abOve facts are 'found to be present and <br />permission is hereby grant~d to use the above described premises <br />as a commercial printshop., " <br />Adopted by the City Council this 10th day of May 1977. <br /> , <br /> Ga Mayor <br />ATTEST: ff~~ud/ <br />-l~~' a-iJ~ <br /> Thomas F.
