., ,'" ~ , ~ RESOLUTION NO. 1883 STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND DECLARING THAT UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES A COMMERCIAL PRINTSHOP IS A PERMITTED USE WITHIN A B-2 DISTRICT WHEREAS Stephen C. Frank has requested permission from the City Council to permit a commercial printshop on the property located at 1433 Silver Lake Road, and WHEREAS Section 8-050 of the New Brighton Zoning Code does not list commercial printshop as a permitted use in a B-2 Neighborhood Business District, and WHEREAS Section 8-050 (i) of the New Brighton Zoning Code provides that the City Council may permit other uses in a B-2 District if such use is not incompatible with other uses in the District. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY the Council of the City of New Brighton, that the following Findings of Fact are made rela- ting to this request: 1. The parcel of land in question is located at 1433 Silver Lake Road and is presently zoned B-2; 2. That a business type structure exists on the property and business type uses have been conducted on the property for several years: 3. That the business uses modern offset equipment and cold type graphics in producing business forms, letterheads, brochures, etc.; 4. That the business will occupy no more than 500 square feet of the building; 5. That no more than the equivalent of fiv~ (5) full time persons will be employed in the business. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the use of the subject property for a commercial printshop is dec1areGl to be a permitted use in a B-2 District when the abOve facts are 'found to be present and permission is hereby grant~d to use the above described premises as a commercial printshop., " Adopted by the City Council this 10th day of May 1977. , Ga Mayor ATTEST: ff~~ud/ -l~~' a-iJ~ Thomas F.
