Restaurant/bars re,quir.e on.e space for every two seats. <br /> The applidant'spla.n indicates there WQul.d be seating for <br /> 280,. people in the resta.urant and bar areas. <br /> 7. The :total parking requirement, is' 220 spaces (80 for <br /> bowling alley and 140 for restaurant/bar). <br /> 8. In respect to the Type IV non-conformities the applicant's <br /> plans indicate the following improvements that would be <br /> made: <br /> a. Concrete curbing would be .pr,ovided in some areas <br /> of the front yard. <br /> > b. parking requirements would be satisfied in terms <br /> of the number of spaces. <br /> c. Some additional landscaping would be provided in the <br /> front yard and also on the south side of the building. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the application for NC-17 <br /> is hereby approved. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the approval of the <br /> non-conforming use permit is subject to the following conditions <br /> . 1. That concrete curbing be provided around all landscaped <br /> areas in the front yard. <br /> 2. That no driveway exceed 36 feet in width. <br /> 3. That the front of the property reflect one tier of <br /> parking meeting code and driveway meeting code and that <br /> the rest of ~he front yard be landscaped (parking permitted <br /> to be that row immediately adjacent to the building). <br /> 4.
