Lots 12, 13, 14, and 15, Block 12, First Addition <br /> to New Brighton, together with the easterly half <br /> of the vacated alley to said lots and all of the <br /> vacated Fourth Avenue Northwest lying adjacent to <br /> said lots (63-54800-151-12); <br /> 2. The Westerly 300 feet of that part of the NE\ of <br /> the SE\ of Section 29, Township 30 North, Range <br /> 23 West lying Easterly of the First Addition to <br /> New Brighton and Southerly of the prolongation <br /> Easterly of the Southerly lot line of Lots 8 <br /> and 23, Block 12, First Addition to New Brighton <br /> (63-02900-110-77); <br /> 3. Tract A. Lots 1, except the North ~ thereof, 2, 3, <br /> 4, 5, 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30, Block 9, First Addition <br /> to New Brighton, together with vacated alley <br /> adjoining said lots and all of vacated Fourth Ave. <br /> Northwest adjoining said lots (63-54800-302-09); <br /> 4. Tract B. The Westerly 300 feet of that part of the <br /> Northeast \ of the Southeast \ of Section 29, <br /> Township 30 North:, Rang~' 23 West, lying Easterly <br /> of the First: Addition to,.New.
