WHEREAS, 'State Statutes require that if such property is located in municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, approval of that municipality must be obtained before such subdivision can be filed, and WHEREAS, Section 475:24, Subd. 2, of the New Brighton city Code provides for subdivisio.n of property without platting if certain criteria can be met, and WHEREAS, the Co.uncil has determined that such criteria has bee met. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of New Brighton, that the Council approves subdivision of the above described property into parcels described as follows: Parcell: That part of the SE~ of Section 17, Township 30, Range 23 in Ramsey County, Minnesota described as follows: Beginning at the NE corner of said SE~; thence South 101610611 West along the East line fuereof a distance of 369.291 to the ELY extension of the NLY line of the United States of America Railway right-of- way; thence North 8903311611 West along said Railway right-of-way line a distance of 697.131; thence NLY at right angles and along said Railway right-of-way line a distance of 1501; thence NLY and parallel with the East line of said SE~ and to the North line thereof; thence ELY on said North line and to the point of beginning; and except the East 410' of the South 150.061 of the North 265.061 of the NE~ of the SE~ of said Section 17. Subject to the right-of-way of Old State Trunk Highway No. 8 as now laid out and travelled and subject to an easement for road purposes over the North 30' thereof.
