<br />- <br />,~ ~ . .:- <br /> \ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1841 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING 1977 NEW AND USED CAR SALES LICENSE FOR CROSS <br />. TEXACO, .500 8TH AVENUE NW <br /> WHEREAS Section 810 of the 1966 Code of Ordinances of the <br />City of New Brighton requires new and used car dealers to be <br />licensed on an annual basis, and <br /> WHEREAS Cross Texaco has duly applied for a 1977 new and used <br />car license, and <br /> WHEREAS Section 810 authorized the City Council to impose <br />conditions lIit deems necessary or advisable in the public <br />interest, II and <br /> WHEREAS THE City Council has been informed that a traffic <br />hazard exists by reason of parked vehicles blocking sight distance <br />at the southeast corner of the site. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />New Brighton, That Cross Texaco be granted a new and used car <br />license for the premises located at 500 8th Avenue NW for 1977 <br />subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. The ice shed located on the property shall be removed. <br /> 2. Vehicle parking shall be in accordance with the attached <br /> parking plan, except for transient vehicles. <br /> 3. All waste materials, debris, refuse, junk or damaged <br /> vehicles shall be stored inside the building. <br /> 4. .No vehicles for sale shall be parked on a public street <br /> nor on any landscapeQ area of the site. <br /> 5. . No more than four vehicles may be kept on the premises for- <br /> sale at any given time. <br /> 6. The above conditions are effective May 31, 1977. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this resolution become part of the <br />license and be conspicuously posted on the premises and shall be <br />exhibited to any person upon,request. <br />Adopted this 8th day of February, 1977. <br />ATTEST: <br /> -'-' f!.
