<br />...-... ,)::. -- ~ <br /> ..r ,~ <br />,;' .' <br /> RESOLUTION NO 2151 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING 1979 NEW AND USED CAR SALES LICENSE FOR <br /> CROSS TEXACO, 500 8TH AVENUE NW <br /> WHEREAS Chapter 15, Article II of the City Code requires <br /> new and used car dealers to be licensed on an annual basis, and <br /> WHEREAS Cross Texaco has duly applied for a 1979 new and <br /> used car license, and <br /> WHEREAS Section 15-25 authorizes the City Council to <br /> impose conditions lIit deems necessary or advisable in the <br /> public interest, II and <br /> WHEREAS The city Council has been informed that a traff ic <br /> hazard exists by reason of parked vehi~les blocking sight <br /> distance at the southeast corner of the site. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br /> of New Brighton, That Cross Texaco be granted a new and used <br /> car license for the premises located at 500 8th Avenue NW for <br /> 1979 subject to the following conditions: <br /> l. Vehicle parking shall be in accordance with the <br /> attached parking plan, except for transient vehicles. <br /> 2. All waste materials, debris, refuse, junk or damaged <br /> vehicles shall be stored0 inside the building. <br /> 3. No vehicles for sale shall be parked on a public <br /> street nor on any landscaped area of the site. <br /> 4.
