<br />~ lo <br /> ... <br />C '\" <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2141 <br /> S TATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUN~Y OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN <br /> THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (generally west ofSilvei' Lake Road <br /> Ilorth. of15t,h.Street 1'L ~v. ) , <br /> WHEREBY the City of New Brighton has been requested to <br /> subdivide certain property in the City of New Brighton <br /> described as follows: <br /> Parcel A; East ~ of Lot 6, Oakwood Manor, <br /> Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> WHEREAS State Statutes require that if such property is <br /> located in municipalities that have adopted a platting <br /> ordinance, approval of that municipality must be obtained <br /> before such subdivision can be filed, and <br /> WHEREAS Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code <br /> provides for subdivision of property without platting if <br /> certain criteria can be met, and <br /> WHEREAS the Council has determined that such criteria <br /> has been met. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br /> of New Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the <br /> above described property into parcels described as follows: <br /> Parcell: The north ~ of the east~ of Lot 6, <br /> Oakwood Manor, Ramsey County, <br /> Minnesota, subject to easements of <br /> record, if any. <br /> parcel 2: The south ~ of the east ~ of Lot 6, <br /> Oakwood Manor, Ramsey County, <br /> Minnesota, subject to easements of <br /> record, if any. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the approval of the sub- <br /> division shall be subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. That there be no access or curb cuts off of <br /> Silver Lake Road, <br /> 2. That the Rice Creek WaterShed District review <br /> and approve the proposal, <br /> 3. That the appropriate erosion control measures <br /> be implemented during construction, <br /> 4. That there be no filling of the pond and <br /> wetland areas. <br />
