<br />'" .. <br />"r- <br />.. ..-_....1 '- ( ) <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2111 <br /> STATE OF MINNESQTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING PRELIMINARY <br /> PLAT APPLICATION, PL- 11 7 . <br /> WHEREAS, an application for a preliminary plat, PL-117, <br /> has been made by the R.C.E. Corporation, for property on <br /> the southwest quadrant of 15th Street N.W. and 23rd Avenue <br /> N.W. , and, <br /> WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is <br /> as fo llows : <br /> 1. That an application for PL-l17 was filed with <br /> the City on September 14, 1978. <br /> 2. That the Board of Review heard and reviewed <br /> the application at its meeting of September 19, <br /> 1978. <br /> 3. That the City Council, pursuant to published <br /> and mailed notices, held a public hearing on <br /> October 10, 1978 to consider the application. <br /> All person's present at the public hearing <br /> were given an opportunity to be heard. <br /> 4. That the written comments and analysis of the <br /> Director of Community Development, the <br /> Planning Commission recommendation and all <br /> person's statements made at the public hearing <br /> were considered. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br /> City of New Brighton that the following Findings of Fact <br /> are made in respect to PL-ll7. <br /> 1. That the proposed plat and type of development <br /> is consistent with the land use recommendation <br /> contained in the proposed Comprehensive Plan. <br /> 2. That the proposed development is compatible <br /> with surrounding properties. <br /> 3. That the proposed plat meets all zoning code <br /> requirements in regard to lot widths and areas. <br /> 4. That the plat is consistent with the rezoning <br /> application, R-102. <br />
