<br />..., <br />" <br />- ~, .. <br />.,. . <br />-.,. <br />~ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2110 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT IN REGARD TO THE <br /> APPROVAL OF REZONING APPLICATION, R-lO 2 . <br /> WHEREAS, an application for a rezoning, R-I02 had <br /> been initiated by City Council at the request of <br /> Richard Ernst, and <br /> WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application <br /> is as follows: <br /> 1. That at its August 29, 1978 meeting the City <br /> Council was requested to initiate a rezoning <br /> from R-2 to R-l of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, <br /> 9, and 10 of the proposed Stony Lake Addition <br /> on the southwest quadrant of 15th Street N.W. <br /> and 23rd Avenue N.W. by Richard Ernst and that <br /> the City Council did initiate such a rezoning <br /> at said meeting. <br /> 2. That the Board of Planning heard and reviewed <br /> the application at its meeting of September 7, <br /> 1978~ <br /> 3. That the City Council, pursuant to published <br /> and mailed notices, held a public hearing on <br /> October lO, 1978 to consider the application. <br /> All person's present at the hearing were <br /> given an opportunity to be heard. <br /> 4. That the written comments and analysis of the <br /> Director of Community Development, the <br /> recommendation of the Board of Planning and <br /> all person's statements made at the public <br /> hearing were considered. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br /> City of New Brighton that the following Findings of <br /> Fact are made in respect to R-l02: <br /> 1. The property covered by R-102 is proposed <br /> for low density residential use in the <br /> proposed Comprehensive Plan for the City <br /> of New Brighton adopted by the Planning <br /> Commission in April, 1977. <br />
