RESOLUTION NO.' 2107 .- <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING PRELIMINARY <br /> PLAT PL-ll6. <br /> WHEREAS, an application for a preliminary plat PL-ll6 <br /> has been made by Keith Harstad for Innsbruck North - New <br /> Brighton Second Addition, and <br /> WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is <br /> as follows: <br /> 1. That an application for a preliminary Plat PL-ll6 <br /> was filed with the City on September ll, 1978. <br /> 2. That the Board of Review heard and reviewed the <br /> application at its meeting on September 19, 197e. <br /> 3. That the City Council, pursuant to published and <br /> mailed notices, held public hearing on October lO, <br /> 1978 to consider the application. All person I s <br /> present at the public hearing were given an <br /> opportunity to be heard. <br /> 4. The written comments and analysis of the City <br /> Planner, the Planning Commission recommendations <br /> and all person's statements made at the public <br /> hearing were considered. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br /> of New Brighton that the following Findings of Fact are made <br /> in respect to PL-ll6. <br /> 1. That the plat is complete and contains all required <br /> information. <br /> 2. That the type of development proposed is consistent <br /> with the proposed Comprehensive Plan. <br /> 3. That in promoting the goals of the Comprehensive plan <br /> it is essential that access from Innsbruck Drive be <br /> provided for the vacant property lying south of <br /> proposed Lots 7-l2, Block 2. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that PL-116 is and hereby approved <br /> subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. That proposed Outlot IIA" be eliminated by either <br /> platting the property as another lot or by <br /> incorporating the property into adjacent lot. <br /> 2. That the applicant dedicate the southern portion <br /> of Lot 26, Block 2 for street purposes. Such <br /> dedicated street to align itself with the future <br /> road on the south side of Innsbruck Drive. <br /> 3. That the applicant present a complete stormwater <br /> management plan acceptable to the Rice Creek <br /> Watershed District and the City Engineer. <br /> 4. That the remaining portion of the pr i va te road <br /> No. Innsbruck Drive be vacated or otherwise <br /> disposed of. <br />
