<br />- .. - <br />.... ....._,4- .~ <br />. <br />,. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2098 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN <br /> THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (GENERALLY SOUTH OF SPRING CREEK <br /> DRIVE AND EAST OF STINSON BLVD.) <br /> WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has been requested to <br /> subdivide certain property in the City of New Brighton <br /> described as follows: <br /> Parcel A: <br /> The West 180 Feet of the NW~ of the NW~ of <br /> Section 18, Township 30 North, Range 23 West, <br /> Ramsey County, Minnesota - Lying southerly of the <br /> Minn. Transfer Railway Co. Right-Of-Way. Except <br /> for a road easement over the west 33 feet (Stinson <br /> Boulevard) thereof and except for a 20 foot wide <br /> permanent sewer easement, the centerline of which <br /> beings at a point on the west line of the NW ~ <br /> of the NW ~ of Section l8 an distance of 520.47 <br /> feet south of the southerly right-of-way line of <br /> said railway, and thence extending in a south- <br /> easterly direction at an angle of 60 l4' 15" , <br /> and except for a permanent road easement over <br /> the northeasterly 50 feet (Spring Creek Drive) <br /> and except for the Rice Creek vicinity flowage <br /> easements and except a 12 foot wide strip adjoin- <br /> ing the Railway Co. Right-Of-Way. <br /> WHEREAS, State statues require that if such property <br /> is located in municipalities that have adopted a platting <br /> ordinance, approval of that municipality must be obtained <br /> before such subdivision can be filed, and <br /> WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton city Code <br /> provides for subdivision of property without platting if <br /> certain criteria can be met, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council has determined that such criteria <br /> has been met. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br /> of New Brighton, that the Council approves subdivision of <br /> the above described property into parcels described as <br /> follows: <br /> parce 1 1: <br /> That part of the East 73.5 feet of the West <br /> l80 feet of the NW ~ of the NW ~ of Section <br /> 18, Township 30, Range 23 in Ramsey County, <br /> Minnesota lying South of the South line of <br /> Spring Creek Drive and lying North of the <br /> North line of Rice Creek. <br />
