COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (GENERALLY WEST OF SILVER LAKE ROAD AND NORTH OF l6th STREET NW) WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide certain property in the city of New Brighton described as follows: Parcel A: The South 155.8 feet of the East 350.00 feet of the West 440.00 feet of Lot 3, and all that part of Lot 4 lying East of the West 90 feet thereof, except the South 160.76 feet of the East 90 feet of the West 180 feet of said Lot 4. All in OAKWOOD MANOR according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota. Subject to the rights of the public for street purposes over the South 30 feet thereof. WHEREAS, State statues require that if such property is located in municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, approval of that municipality must be obtained before such subdivision can be filed, and WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides for subdivision of property without platting if certain criteria can be met, and WHEREAS, the Council has determined that such criteria has been met. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of New Brighton, that the Council approves subdivision of the above described property into parcels described as follows: Parcell - The South l55.80 feet of the East 90.00 feet of the West 180.00 feet of Lot 3. Subject to an easement for Utility and Drainage over the South 5.00 feet thereof. Also subject to an easement for snow storage over the West 10.00 feet of the South 30.00 feet thereof. All in OAKWOOD MANOR according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota. Parcel 2 - The East 90.00 feet of the West l80.00 feet of that part of Lot 4 lying North of the South 160.76 feet thereof. Subject to an easement for Utility and Drainage over the North 5.00 feet thereof. Also subject to an easement for snow storage over the West 10.00 feet of the North 30.00 feet thereof. All in OAKWOOD MANOR according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota.
