<br /> .., <br />,. ... ,.. , ... \ <br />;' RESOLUTION NO. 2090 <br /> \ <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA I <br />. <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN <br /> THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (GENERALLY WEST OF SILVER LAKE ROAD <br /> AND NORTH OF l6th STREET NW) <br /> WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has been requested to <br /> subdivide certain property in the city of New Brighton <br /> described as follows: <br /> Parcel A: <br /> The South 155.8 feet of the East 350.00 feet of the <br /> West 440.00 feet of Lot 3, and all that part of <br /> Lot 4 lying East of the West 90 feet thereof, except <br /> the South 160.76 feet of the East 90 feet of the <br /> West 180 feet of said Lot 4. All in OAKWOOD MANOR <br /> according to the plat thereof on file and of record <br /> in the office of the County Recorder in and for Ramsey <br /> County, Minnesota. Subject to the rights of the <br /> public for street purposes over the South 30 feet <br /> thereof. <br /> WHEREAS, State statues require that if such property is <br /> located in municipalities that have adopted a platting <br /> ordinance, approval of that municipality must be obtained <br /> before such subdivision can be filed, and <br /> WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code <br /> provides for subdivision of property without platting if <br /> certain criteria can be met, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council has determined that such criteria <br /> has been met. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br /> of New Brighton, that the Council approves subdivision of <br /> the above described property into parcels described as follows: <br /> Parcell - The South l55.80 feet of the East 90.00 feet <br /> of the West 180.00 feet of Lot 3. Subject to an <br /> easement for Utility and Drainage over the South 5.00 <br /> feet thereof. Also subject to an easement for snow <br /> storage over the West 10.00 feet of the South 30.00 feet <br /> thereof. All in OAKWOOD MANOR according to the plat <br /> thereof on file and of record in the office of the <br /> County Recorder in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> Parcel 2 - The East 90.00 feet of the West l80.00 <br /> feet of that part of Lot 4 lying North of the South <br /> 160.76 feet thereof. Subject to an easement for <br /> Utility and Drainage over the North 5.00 feet thereof. <br /> Also subject to an easement for snow storage over the <br /> West 10.00 feet of the North 30.00 feet thereof. All <br /> in OAKWOOD MANOR according to the plat thereof on <br /> file and of record in the office of the County Recorder <br /> in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />
