Conformance with site and landscape plans dated <br /> July 31, 1978, signed by the applicant and <br /> City Planner. <br /> 2. That the parking spaces on the eastern side of <br /> the building be eliminated and the area landscpaed <br /> and curbed. <br /> 3.
