<br /> f" <br />. .... <br /> t <br /> '- <br />.'" <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2061 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN <br /> THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (generally north of Rice Creek Road <br /> and west of Long Lake Road) <br /> WHEREBY the City of New Brighton has been requested to <br /> subdivide certain property in the City of New Brighton described <br /> as follows: <br /> That part of the North half of the Southeast quarter of <br /> Section 18, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, <br /> Minnesota, described as beginning at a point on the <br /> South line of said North half distant 280 feet West <br /> from the Southwest corner of the East quarter of the <br /> North half of the Southeast quarter of said Section <br /> l87 thence North and at a right angle to said South <br /> line a distance of 168 feet7 thence East and parallel <br /> with said South line 233.85 feet to the centerline of <br /> Long Lake Road7 thence South along said centerline to <br /> sa id Sou th line of North ha1f7 thence West along said <br /> South line to the point of beginning. Subject to a <br /> road easement over the South 33 feet and over the <br /> East 33 feet thereof. <br /> WHEREAS State Statutes require that if such property is <br /> located in municipalities that have adopted a platting <br /> ordinance, approval of that municipality must be obtained <br /> before such subdivision can be filed, and <br /> WHEREAS Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code <br /> provides for subdivision of property without platting if <br /> certain criteria can be met; and <br /> WHEREAS the Council has determined that such criteria <br /> has been met. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br /> of New Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the <br /> above described property into parcels described as follows: <br /> Parcel l: <br /> The West ll8 feet of that part of the North half of <br /> the Southeast quarter of Section 18, Township 30, <br /> Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, described as <br /> beginning at a point on the South line of said North <br /> half distant 280 feet West from the Southwest corner <br />..~ <br />
