That the proposed development would not be detrimental <br /> to the public health, safety, morals and general welfarE! <br /> of the surrounding area. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the application for PRD #24 i~ <br /> hereby recommended for approval subject to the following condi~' . <br /> tions: <br /> 1. Conformance to the site plan signed by the Director or <br /> Community Development and dated May 23, 1978 . <br /> 2. The emergency access and internal driveway land be <br /> kept cleared of snow or other obstruct10ns and be kept <br /> passable by emergency vehicles at all times. <br /> 3. All sanitary sewer, water pipes, fire hydrants and <br /> storm water drainage be subject to approval of the <br /> City Engineer. <br /> 4. The proposed building be of masonry construction. <br /> 5. That residents of New Brighu~n and their relatives be <br /> afforded preference in attaining residency within the <br /> proposed buildings, subject to meeting income limit- <br /> ations. <br /> 6. The applicant obtain approval from the adjacent shoppinq <br /> center for an access to the shopping center via the <br /> walkway shown on the approved plan. <br /> 7. That the applicant provide additional parking and site <br /> revisions, according to alternate plan #1 signed by the <br /> Director of Community De~e10pment and dated May 23, <br /> 1978, should the city determine additional parking <br /> necessary. <br /> 8. That the exit and entrance to this development be <br /> constructed at a right angle at the intersection of <br /> Palmer Drive and that the distance between thts <br /> driveway and the bank driveway be increased. <br /> 9. That should a sidewalk along Palmer Drive not be <br /> justified for inclusion in the city's skeletal system, <br /> Crossroads Development Corp, shall participate in the <br /> funding for such a sidewalk, if such sidewalk is <br /> constructed. <br />
