Driveways within 50 feet of a street intersection <br /> 2. That the revised plans dated February 15, 1978 indicate <br /> the following in respect to the non-conformities: <br /> A. That landscaping along Mississippi Street would be <br /> expanded to the required 15 foot depth. <br /> B. That the landscaping in the area south of the <br /> southern driveway on Silver Lake Road would be <br /> extended to the required depth of 30 feet. <br /> C. That additional plantings would be. provided in the <br /> remaining landscaped areas adjacent to Silver Lake <br /> Road. <br /> 3. That there exists a concern_for traffic. i;ngress and <br /> egress in this general area. <br /> 4. That additional landscaping, over that proposed, along <br /> Silver Lake Road would be consistent with other <br /> developments on the west side of Silver Lake Road. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the application for NC-23 is <br /> and'herebyapproved, subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. That the northern driveway along Silver Lake Road <br /> be closed; <br /> 2. That the landscaping adja~e:et' to Silver Lake Road be <br /> extended to a depth of 30 feet as required, except <br /> that the landscaped portion adjacent to the southerly <br /> property remain at 15 feet to be continguous with the <br /> landscaping on the neighboring area; <br /> 3. That the driveway on Mississippi Streeb be moved to the <br /> west so as to be a minimum of fifty (50) feet from the <br /> street right of way intersection; <br /> 4.
