<br /> ~ <br /> ~ ~ <br /> . <br /> \ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2007 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN <br /> THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (Generally east of Silver Lake Road <br /> and south of 7th Street N.W.) <br /> WHEREAS the City of New Brighton has been requested to <br /> subdivide certain property in the City of New Brighton <br /> described as follows: <br /> Parcell: <br /> That part of the West 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of <br /> the Northeast 1/4 of Section 30, Township 30, Range 23, <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the center of said <br /> Section 30 and running North along the North and South <br /> center line a distance of 988.7 feet; thence at right <br /> angles, East a distance of 79.66 feet to the center of <br /> the road, which is the place of beginning of this <br /> description; thence East at right angles to the said <br /> North and South center line a distance of 275.92 feet; <br /> thence South a distance of 157.88 feet; thence West a <br /> distance of 276.00 feet to the center of said road, <br /> which point is 77.64 feet East of said center line; <br /> thence North along said center line of the road a <br /> distance of 157.88 feet to the place of beginning. <br /> Subject to road. <br /> WHEREAS State Statutes require that if such property <br /> is located in municipalities that have adopted a platting <br /> ordinance, approval of that municipality must be obtained <br /> before such subdivision can be filed, and <br /> WHEREAS Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code <br /> provides for subdivision of property without platting if <br /> certain criteria can be met; and <br /> WHEREAS the Council has determined that such criteria <br /> has been met. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br /> of New Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the <br /> above described property into parcels described as follows: <br />
