<br /> ~. .... <br /> , " <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1318 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION EXTENDING MORATORIUM ON THE ISSUANCE OF PERMITS FOR <br /> THE CONSTRUCTION OF SIGNS WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> WHEREAS the council is now considering the adoption of a <br /> new sign ordinance more restrictive than the one which presently <br /> exists <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by t:ne:::Council of the City of <br /> New Br~ghton that: <br /> 1. In specific instances and upon special consideration <br /> by the city council an application for a sign permit <br /> may be granted if it can be shown that it is clearly <br /> authorized by the ordinance and its authorization does <br /> not fall within an area of potential confusion, <br /> misinterpretation, or CD nflict of the ordinance as <br /> it is now written, if it is shown to the satisfaction <br /> of the council that a hardship would exist if such <br /> permit were delayed: <br /> 2.
