RESOLUTION NO 2238 STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY I CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON I ! i RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT ON WALKER HEIGHTS UTILITIES II AND STREETS, PROJECT #77-6 I I BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New t Brighton, Minnesota as follows: WHEREAS, Pursuant to proper notice duly given as required \ I by law the City Council has met and heard and passed upon all I I I objections to the proposed assessment for the improvement of: I Location: I I II Walker Heights Addition located North of Mississippi Street i and West of Long Lake Road I By: I I , 11 Road grading, the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain Ii and storm sewer and the construction of concrete curbing , I i II and bituminous surfacing. I I' .\ NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the L " I d City of New Brighton, Minnesota: d ii II 1. Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall II constitute the special assessment against the lands named I therein, and each tract of land therein included is hereby ! I I found to be benefited by the proposed improvement in the amount of the assessment levied against it. II 2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual i:' n installments extending over a period of fifteen (15) years, Ii iI the first of January, 1980, and shall bear interest at the II rate of eight percent (8%) per annum from the date of the adoption of this assessment resolution.
