If you prefer, you may fax the completed form to the attention of Grant Wyffels at (651) 638-2044. <br />SCOPE OF WORK: <br />The Work consists of applying special coatings to the water treatment plant exposed aggregate exterior pre- <br />cast surfaces at the New Brighton Water Treatment Plant 1. <br />The overall scope of the Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, furnishing all labor, supervision, <br />tools, equipment, and materials necessary to: <br />1. Prepare the exposed aggregate surface at the Water Treatment Plant by power washing and chemical <br />cleaning. <br />2. Apply sealant to exposed aggregate surface at the Water Treatment Plant 1. <br />The following documents relating to the project are included as an attachment to this form: <br />1. Special Coatings - Specification No. 09800. <br />2. Figure 1 — Water Treatment Plant 1 Plan <br />3.
