Councilmember Phillips had a question relating to two payments to Krass Monroe. The question was asked if these are fees for services or contractual ongoing charges. Mr. Lotter responded that primarily these fees are related to litigation from earlier in the year. Mr. Lotter agreed to obtain further clarification on the practice of expensing the costs to the TIF districts. Councilmember Phillips Planning Commission Councilmember Phillips presented some ideas at the recent joint meeting with the Northwest Quadrant Financial Task Force, including analyzing and investigations; including looking at the possibility of waiting for future projects, or securing possible current possibilities. The upcoming Planning Commission meeting wdl address the Cell Tower in Hidden Oaks Park at a Public Hearing, scheduled to come before the City Council Judy 22. Councilmember Bauman reported the Family Service Center has had over 199,000 guests in the first'h of 2008. The annual Kids Camival is scheduled for Judy I e from 1:00-3:00 pm at Hansen Park. The Northwest Quadrant Financial Task Force and the City Council met in a jointmeeting Judy 7d'. Councilmember Burg -Economic Development Commission Councilmember Burg was unable to attend the joint meeting between the City Council and the Northwest Quadrant Financial Task Force.
